I'm a 3x XPERT certified pole dance instructor with a strip club background & I started pole 5 years ago. After military service & going through a divorce, I felt lost. Finding pole has been a game changer for me mentally & physically & I've been hooked ever since! I enjoy teaching private pole lessons, twerk & pole conditioning classes. I also have experience in other aerial sports. I believe that the first step in making progress is believing in yourself, so come to my class ready to work & have fun!
